Celebrated melodic bass producer Illenium just pulled a quick one by releasing piano covers of AWAKE album cuts “Crawl Outta Love”, “Fractures” and “Beautiful Creatures”. The covers are taken from the Denver producer’s sophomore album, which dropped in September and earned a #5 spot on our Top 20 Electronic Albums of 2017. Throughout this package, the pianists impressively withhold Illenium’s original melodies while completely reimagining how they are presented. This is a super unique move by Illenium that anyone can respect… and who knows, maybe he just supplied you with your Christmas dinner playlist. Enjoy!
