An artist we've been keeping our eye on for a while is LA-based Duckwrth, who continues to impress us with each and every release. He just now released his impressive new project an XTRA UUGLY Mixtape.
The incredible diverse new project spans 13 tracks and is one of the more versatile hip-hop releases we've heard in a while. The Duckwrth is someone who can do just about any style of hip-hop / R&B as he seems to have mastered everything from bright and funky, to grungy and rock influenced, to smooth and soulful and everything in between. He puts his different sounds and influences on full display in the new project that's production is as versatile as Duckwrth's singing and rapping as he's also tapped one of our favorite producers Louis Futon for a big feature.
