Today we’re glad to be premiering the latest track from Vancouver duo and funk aficionados The Funk Hunters. For their latest release “Hands Up”, they’ve linked up with Leo Napier for an intoduction to their debut full-length album TYPECAST.

The duo comprised of Nick Middleton and Duncan Smith have their first album due in 2018 and have impressed on the first taste off the project. We hear them link up with GRiZ and Gramatik collaborator Leo Napier, who never fails to bring the soul with his powerful vocals. The track has an urgent feel with its punching drums, an electronic bouncing bassline and a funky combination of guitar and electro synths coming together effortlessly.
