RL Grime has been rolling out new content leading up to his upcoming album Nova. Now he’s unleashed his latest single “Era” to kick off his tour starting tonight.
RL recently shared a collaboration with Miguel that heard a new direction from the talented producer as he delivered a more future bass-styled track last time. This time around, he returns to his roots to deliver a worldly-influenced track “Era” that brings his trap productions we’ve come to love over the years. The track is highlighted by an eerie distorted lead synth leading up to the hard-hitting percussion on the drop as well as second, drum & bass styled drop. Redman actually pops in before the drops with some vocals. In addition, RL also uploaded a Facebook video with this new single while teasing the blueprints of what looks like a crazy stage design.
