After over half a year of flying under the radar, Feed Me is back with the much-anticipated release of his Existential Crisis EP, out today on Deadmau5’s label, Mau5trap. The EP’s release comes just a couple of days after Feed Me’s most recent single off of the project, also titled “Existential Crisis,” went live. The rest of the EP goes toe to toe with this first impressive track, featuring dynamic songs and truly masterful production.

Although Existential Crisis is dominated by the electro house genre, a host of other influences make their subtle appearances here and there. The offering pushes the limit throughout with energized tracks like “Shell Pet” and “Beans Baxter,” and it even achieves an emotional depth with atmospheric elements like the ones found in “Starcrash.” The EP ends on an unforgettable note with “Crazy Maybe,” a massive collaboration with Kill The Noise and Anjulie that utilizes snarling synths and distorted vocals to tie the project together impeccably. Existential Crisis no doubt fits in perfectly on Mau5trap, and is a formidable piece of work from start to finish. Stream the full EP below and enjoy!
